There will be multiple photo opportunities on the trail, and people will be passing out Halloween candy!

$5/Activity Ticket for all ages that includes all inflatables, video game truck, petting zoo and pumpkin painting

JOIN US FOR OUR 5TH ANNUAL HARVEST MOON
FALL FESTIVAL

We are excited about our annual fall festival, Harvest Moon Festival & Boo Bash! This is our 5th ANNUAL, and we are partnering with Georgetown ISD for our fundraiser. The Annual Harvest Moon Festival is hosted at Wolf Ranch by Hillwood, a single-family residential community in Georgetown. All proceeds from the Spooky Fun Run, Raffle Tickets, and Activities will go to Georgetown ISD. The goal for the 5th year is to raise $5,000!! Let's get there together!!

Featured activities will include a spooky fun run, music, a mummy wrap, a zombie dance, food vendors, luxury raffle prizes, a pumpkin patch, a bounce house, a petting zoo, and even more fall-themed carnival activity booths! The event is perfect for the whole family; there is something for everyone to enjoy! Halloween costumes are encouraged!

Date/Time: Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 10:00am-1:30pm

Price: Free (admission)
There is a small fee for raffle/activity tickets and Spooky Fun Run: $1 for purple raffle tickets and $5/orange raffle tickets (high-valued prizes)
$5 for Fun Run & Activity Tickets.

SPOOKY Fun Run

Join us for a spooky 1-mile fun run! Proceeds from the Fun Run support Georgetown Independent School District. Each Fun Run entry will receive a Swag Bag filled with goodies, business coupons, 5 raffle tickets, and an event t-shirt!

We are selling tickets ALL MONTH at our master-planned community homeowners association office leading up to the event.

Designated times:

Monday-Friday from 10am-5:30pm

Friday, October 25 from 10am-7pm

Event day, Saturday, October 26, from 10am-1:30pm!

All proceeds will be going to GISD Schools! A special shout-out to all of our prize sponsors!

PARKING FOR EVENT:

The amenity center parking lot at River Camp will be closed for the event. Parking will be available up and down Jay Wolf Drive and at Wolf Ranch Elementary School. There will be a Drop-Off Zone at the entrance on River Overlook Rd.
We will have handicap spots on a first come, first-serve on River Overlook Rd.
